Refund Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All Items purchased on the Platform, whether in the form of CD Key, Gift Card, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Prepaid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code, Game Key, are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

However, refund or exchange request in exceptional cases will be considered if the Item so purchased is found to be faulty or damaged or not usable.

The Buyer is required to submit a written request to IGFANS on any faulty or damaged goods within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of purchased Item by the Buyer. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the Buyer's right to make any request for refund or exchange

Cancellation and withdrawal conditions:

CD Keys, Gift Cards, Time Cards, Time Extensions, Game Points, Prepaid Cards, Trial/Beta Item Codes, Game Keys in any form are non-returnable and non-cancellable once purchased into your account.

IGFANS.COM is not responsible for any damage, loss, or error in the charge amount due to customer negligence or providing false or inaccurate information. By purchasing products from IGFANS.COM, you understand, acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.

Conditions for handling defective products:

For returns and exchanges, any purchase of CD keys, gift cards, time cards, time extensions, game points, prepaid cards, trial/beta item codes or game keys will be deemed defective or damaged. Consider exception handling if possible

You must submit a defect or damage claim to IGFANS.com. If this is not done, your right of return or exchange will be forfeited.

IGFANS reserves the right to change any part of the above terms without prior notice.
